Casa Divina Room: $75 for one; $130 for two; $175 for three; $200 for four.
One of Molly’s favorite way to spend time at Casa Divina is to go on walks with their two little girls . She also likes to get her feet off the ground: “My husband has just opened a new business: canopy and ropes course tours. So we spend a lot of time up there in the trees, flying through the canopy, enjoying the outdoors.” And of course you shouldn’t miss out on a bird-watching session with Efrain, who is quite the ornithology expert. She especially recommends observing a cock-of-the-rock lek, or courting ritual.
Before you go to Ecuador, you might want to Download Lonely Planet South America Chapters on Ecuador. And Molly says if you mix up Madeleine Peyroux, Ozomatli, and the Puppini Sisters, you might just get something that sounds kind of like Casa Divina. Load up your ipod for your journey to Ecuador!
